It's the end of yet another year and I'd like to hope all my watchers had a great Christmas and fingers crossed that the beginning of the new year is spectacular- 2011 is gonna go out with a bang!
I've felt pretty bad since I haven't been able to update journals on what I've been up to- this year has been crazy, so much has happened! So I've decided now for the end of the year I'm going to recap on each month using 200 words or less! Crazy? I THINK SO. If people are impatient they can scroll down until they see a row of stars or read what's been happening in my year for the past 12 months! Ready? GO.

JAN:
Started the new year at 's place- much fun and drinking was had! At the time I was house sitting a place in Glebe- which was fun! It was nice getting out of the house and having my own place. I worked 3 jobs at the time and made heaps of money, even though I was barely getting any sleep and had no social life… Until the mass Durarara!! Photoshoot in the city on the 24th! and a bunch of other people I can't recall your DA's at the moment…ILOVEYOU
Had heaps of fun in the city running around being silly and taking photos! I'll always remember how much fun we had and how many cool photos we got! Finished my house sitting and that was the end of January!

FEB:
FLASHMOB TIME. Organised by the amazing I went as one of the Pacman ghosties and ran around being retarded as usual. Had lunch with some people at a sushi place nearby- all I remember is that it was SO HOT! I was so glad I wasn't in anything long sleeved!! Also had a shoot with and for a webcomic- It was fun getting pedo-shots done and telling school boys to piss off as they walked past. Goooood times. XD Valentine's day- I was woken up to a dozen red roses at my door! I had work that day starting at 10 till the afternoon so my boyfriend was so considerate to get me up early! XD After work I ran off to 's place and took a bunch of impromptu shots with my roses and chocolates.
Armageddon was also on- I could only go one day so and I cosplayed JtHM- I LOVE YOUR DEVI WIG SO MUCH AND THAT JUST REMINDED ME I SHOULD UPLOAD THOSE PHOTOS OF US. *deaddesk* Also a friend of mine from Melbourne came up to Sydney for a couple of days and stayed at my place for a bit

's high tea 21st where the theme was Alice in Wonderland- went as the blue caterpillar. Would love to revamp that and take some photos in the Botanical Gardens sometime. :3 Can't really recall much about then- had heaps of uni work and then MINI ANIMANIA CAME ALONG. I had about a week to get a costume together, I used the material from my Psyche Izaya costume to make Rena from Higurashi. Bought her shoes the day before the con and I'm so impressed with myself on how well it turned out! My makeshift knife was a success and to this day I'd like to thank my mum for getting up the day of the con and sewing my zipper in! Oh, and for sewing me into my outfit. WHERE WOULD I BE WITHOUT YOU!    XD ; ;

Melbourne Supanova! I'm making an effort to go to Melbourne every year with now! Such a great con even though half the guests I wanted to see cancelled… >__>;; Went as a gijinka Tonberry and refashioned my Rena knife to a dagger for it- although the airport didn't like that too much. So day before the con, we went to the King Tut exhibit and got a knife and a lantern for my outfit and went off to the con on the Saturday! Ran into   and had a lot of fun helping her out with her cosplay. Should happen more often! XDD   Also went to the Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds concert at the Opera House- THE MUUUSIC~!

MAY:
UNI WORK EATING AT MY LIFE. XD
The only thing I recall is and   birthday parties! For I arrived at his for dinner as Light Yagami and made derpy faces all night! My wig was passed around the table and I got to catch egg in his purple top hat! Good times! XD 's one was so cool and Japanese, it gave me a chance to wear my old yukata and dance the night away! Also got to see drive for the first time! YOU'RE GROWING UP SO FAST!! ;3;

You know what that means? SUPANOVA SYDNEY!! I made something up last minute, like I usually do! XD Did two gothic visual kei kind of outfits- Saturday was a black and red one (Iloveitsomuch) and the Sunday was my white tailcoat one!! Also got to meet Dan Green and see so many awesome outfits over the weekend!! So much thanks to and for taking photos of me over the weekend!!   I had a lot of fun just chilling and walking around, meeting up with people and even just meeting people in general- line friends are awesome!

Yes, one more flash mob for the year organised by !! I wore my white outfit again and got some photos with and - got to do some crazy stuff, I had such a fun time at the Botanical Gardens taking impromptu photos around the place! Then SMASH came knocking at the door and so did GOD I MISS YOU SO MUCH! We cosplayed Heine and Nill from DOGS! Thanks for the photos ! We had a professional studio shot taken of us AND we were the first page in a cosplay photo book!! Have a look at it here! God this month was busy!! I had a HP photoshoot with and MUCH MUCH MORE! @__@ SO many people, so epic. SO MUCH HP. Fly like it's Quiddich Tom Riddle will have to be one of my all time favourite cosplays!
Then to Avcon, where I chilled with and stayed at a friend of mines place- planning to go back next year, it's just like Supanova! * Q*

AUGUST DIDN'T EXIST. I think I had to recover from how insane July was and didn't do anything but sleep… and go to 's birthday dinner. |D

SEP:
's birthday party! Cosplay themed so instead of going as anything I went as one of my OCs. *SHOT*  Should really draw more of him, he's such a crazy redhead~~ I had heaps of fun at the party, and my boyfriend even went as Cid so adorkable~! After that I went into overdrive- uni assignments due and Main Animania, I wrestled with my sewing machine to get Scanty and Kneesocks finished with GOD YOU SO SEKUSHI! *Q* I wanna do an awesome photoshoot of these costumes, I started working on Scanty's guns a few days after the con~ n_n The Sunday I cosplayed Izaya again, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PHOTOS OF THAT OUTFIT LUL.

My birthday! I didn't do anything for it cause I had a uni assignment due the three days between my actual b'day OTL Although I got to meet for the first time *properly lol* at his birthday dinner!! Also missed out on Halloween completely this year- DAMN UNI OTL.

NOV:
On the 7th I found out some amazing news- I applied for a scholarship from my uni and GOT IT! What scholarship?
I'M GOING TO BE WORKING FOR DISNEY. August 2012 until August 2013, I'm going to be a character in Disneyworld Florida!
Had my teaching practical for most of the month and then started getting ready for Christmas! YAY CHRISTMAS!

Birthday dinnars with MAN WE GOTTA HANG OUT MORE NEXT YEAR! This month- I've shot at the same location twice and am loving it!   showed me the place and had my JtHM Christmas photos done with Brad, and a horror shoot with ! I also got two of my cosplay photos exhibited at the Powerhouse museum! IM TOTALLY FAMOUS *SHOT*

And now, the year is almost over and the new one is coming so quickly it's amazing how so much has happened in just one year!! I've met so many people, talked to others that I wouldn't usually talk to- although that's due to stage fright, I GET INTIMIDATED BY AWESOME PEOPLE >__>;;

FOR THE NEW YEAR 2012- I'm going to be doing more cosplays and best of all, I'll definetly be updating more! Even if it's just once a month. I'm going to be working in Disney world, Florida for goodness sake, so I'll have to keep people updated!!

Through this year, every convention I went to I always saw so many amazing outfits- from the Madman comp in Adelaide and Melbourne to WCS at the beginning of the year and the finals too! It takes my breath away, how much time, effort and hard work goes into cosplay, it really gives me inspiration to work on my outfits!!

ANY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS? My one for this year was no Macdonalds! Which was SO DIFFICULT. Even though resolutions should be kept for longer I'm only keeping mine for the year!

So, when you say Happy New Year- just think, I'm going to be off at the nearest Macdonalds getting myself a double cheeseburger.
